The Catholic Center is home to the 5 secretariats and 131 parishes of the 19 county Diocese of Toledo, which represents approximately 280,000 registered parishioners. The building is comprised of a 2-story Chapel / Meeting Room / office wing, a 7-story office wing and a wing connecting 7-story tower which contains a stairway, elevator and restroom facilities. The 7-story office wing was an existing building, which was renovated inside and out, while the 2-story wing and 7-story vertical circulation Tower were new construction additions to the existing facility. Site improvements including a decorative brick and steel perimeter fence allow the building, parking lot, and landscaping to comfortably occupy the Downtown Toledo site.
