The Network Operations Center serves as the central hub of Buckeye TeleSystem. The first phase (17,400 SF) was built in 1995 which housed the hardware and software to run the telephone system. Phase two (17,150 SF) was a two-story Office Building which was added east of the original building in 2000, it houses the Business and Engineering staff. Tom Dawson of Buckeye Cable System said of Vetter Design Group: "I felt really comfortable working with Vetter all the way through the project. As we went through every phase things were always taken care of. This really isn't just a basic building. Vetter had to design this to withstand tornados, lightening problems, and everything it takes to protect more than $2 million in networking and phone systems equipment."
