The township's public safety forces protect a rapidly growing area of Northwest Ohio with a mix of residential, retail and industrial developments served by highway and rail systems. The new 35,000 sq. ft. station is attached to the current police station creating a public safety complex with shared facilities. The training room is state of the art with the latest technology for the presentation of training media, police roll call and briefings. An exercise room with both cardio and weight training equipment contribute to the wellness program. A drive through apparatus bay accommodates 18 pieces of fire apparatus. The living quarters are set for shift staffing of 8 personnel with individual sleeping rooms. The hose tower has an attached 4 story training tower for a myriad of training evolutions.
